One-on-One personal training
This is an 8 week program where you will receive your personally designed workout plan for your specific level of fitness each week. Your nutrition plan will be made to order for you to achieve your specific weight loss/fitness goals and includes 4-5 breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options, as well as calorie and portion amounts. I will check in with you weekly via phone or video chat to discuss progress, tweak your nutrition, motivate you, and to answer all of your questions. Unlike a personal trainer at the gym, you will have access to call, email or text me at any time with questions, or if you need support. This program brings you the most value for your money and will cost a lot less than if you worked with a trainer live at the gym.
Online Bikini boot camp
This is a six week program run via a small private Facebook group (I only take 10-20 participants each round). I will provide you with daily workouts with video demonstration and offer nutrition guidance. This group atmosphere is really motivating and my online boot campers have seen amazing results with this program.
monthly challenge groups
A third leg of my fitness business is 30 day fitness and nutrition challenge groups. This has been a valuable add to my fitness offerings and my challengers have seen awesome results with these programs and they are my most affordable option.
